CTSS is a TPM based seolution is specifically designed for authenticating Windows Devices. CTSS does not require a User PIN, as it can operate without user interaction.
CTSS for Device Authentication uses the TPM to secure keys associated with Computer Certificates stored in the Machine Certificate Store. This ensures that the key cannot be compromised.
CTSS for device integrates the TPM based Virtual Smart Card directly into the Windows Subsystem through a TSS component and CSSI Middleware Components (the full CSSI middleware is not needed). CTSS does not present a virtual device to the system (no Virtual Reader or Virtual Card). This ensures ease of deployment, and minimizes device conflicts.
CTSS supports Windows Auto-enrollment.
