Repairing CTSS after clearing the TPM

If the TPM is cleared, CTSS the current CTSS credentials will stop functioning. This is because clearing the TPM erases all TPM data and keys including the storage root key.

In order to remove old credentials, and to be able to enroill new credentials, you must refresh the CTSS key hierarchy.  This can be done as followed;

Delete the content of the following directory: C:\ProgramData\TSPI.
Note: Do not delete the directory itself, or change the access rights!

Restart the computer.  After the restart, the CTSS key hierarchy will be rebuilt using the new Sotrage Root Key.
